Shipping policy

Delivery is handled by GLS, Danske Fragtmænd, or a comparable courier, and items are generally delivered to the address provided. Standard delivery time is within 10 business days.

Unless otherwise agreed, we will contact you to confirm where the delivery should be placed if no one is home at the time of delivery. If you authorize the parcel to be left unattended, this is done at your own risk—regardless of the shipping provider. If the parcel may not be left unattended and no one is home on the agreed delivery day, the item will be redirected to the nearest Danske Fragtmænd freight terminal, where it can be picked up within eight days. Should you wish to schedule redelivery, you will be responsible for the additional shipping cost.

Deliveries are made to curbside/front door. This means that if you live in a multi-story building, you will need to carry the item(s) to your apartment yourself. If you would like the item(s) carried inside or upstairs, this must be arranged and paid for in advance and confirmed with us prior to delivery.

For deliveries via Danske Fragtmænd:
To islands without a fixed bridge connection and no unique postal code, delivery is made to the nearest port of shipment. To islands with a unique postal code and no fixed bridge connection, delivery is made directly to the recipient.

Important:
If your item appears damaged during transport, please refuse to accept the delivery. If you accept the delivery despite visible damage, you accept responsibility for the item.
