Returns and Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to return any item purchased from our webshop within 14 days, provided that the original packaging is intact.

The return period starts on the day you receive your order. Return shipping costs are your own responsibility, including the choice of courier.

You must notify us of your intention to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving your order. Once you have informed us of your withdrawal, the item must be returned and received by us no later than 14 days after your notification.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please send an email to info@aakjaerfurniture.com clearly stating that you wish to return your item.

The condition of the returned item will be assessed by Aakjaer Furniture. If the original packaging is missing, or if the item has been used beyond what is necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and functionality, the item will be considered used and of reduced value. In such cases, only a partial refund—or in some instances no refund—will be issued.
